Junior BoardChair:
VACANT The Junior Board will shadow and be paired directly with members of the Board of Directors and committee chairs to organize, plan and execute activities within the Heart of Tabitha Foundation.
HealthChair:
Monique Pressley #HerYellowRibbon provides a plethora of educational health and wellness resources for young women who suffer from chronic illnesses and female reproductive conditions; such as Endometriosis, PCOS and Lupus. This committee is responsible for the organization, planning and execution of #HerYellowRibbon services and activities.
Marketing & Public RelationsChair:
VACANT This committee is responsible for organizing, planning and implementing marketing and public relations strategies to enhance the image and awareness of the Heart of Tabitha Foundation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) website, flyers, local news & media, seeking local partners and recruiting volunteers.
FundraisingChair:
VACANT This committee is responsible for organizing, planning and implementing fundraising strategies to enhance the Heart of Tabitha Foundation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:community fundraising, finding grants, developing fundraising ideas and activities, implementing and managing fundraisers.

EducationChair:
Dr. Blanche Hammond The Heart of Tabitha Foundation now provides a variety of Educational Services. This committee is responsible for the organization, planning and execution of Educational services and activities.
Services and activities include: Financial literacy workshops (basic budgeting, financial aid, scholarships, etc.), leadership & personal development (etiquette, educational training, skills training, etc.), college & career readiness (resume building, interviewing skills, career assessments, internship placement), mentoring and tutoring. The Sister's ClosetChair:
VACANT The Sister’s Closet provides free resources of clothing, shoes and other essentials (school supplies, toiletries, feminine items, etc.).
The Sister’s closet also acts as a work training center where girls acquire on-the-job training skills in retail sales and money management. Time management and planning skills are also enforced through their experience with TSC. Clients are provided with community resources available to assist them with their economic and/or situational difficulties. This committee is responsible for the organization, planning and operations of The Sister’s Closet services and activities. |
