STEM Summer Career Discovery Program and Workshop in Collaboration with Howard University - Howard University College of Engineering and Architecture

This program provides a great opportunity for high school  students to:
  • Connect with passionate professors, researchers, and current university students
  • Learn how to prepare for college and about the admission process into Howard
  • Participate in hands-on activities designed to expand your knowledge in various STEM fields
  • Have personal Q&A and build relationships with Dr. Preethi Chandran from Howard University 
  • Meet like minded peers and start building connections that will support your academic and career aspirations
  • Hear valuable insights about careers, industry trends, and how to pursue and succeed in STEM careers from business sponsor representative
  • Student participants earn a Certificate of Completion of the program

Program will occur from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM. We have a limited space, so please register no later than Monday, June 17, 2024!

Our workshops will encourage and empower students to acquire the advanced skills needed to succeed in the future.

Start Smart and be Ready! | School Supply Distribution

Please join us in enriching the educational experience of Montgomery County students who attend Title I schools. 

We are asking for donated backpacks, pencils, loose leaf paper, folders, glue sticks, erasers, scissors, binders, hand sanitizer, boxed tissue, rulers, crayons, and composition books.​
